The latest WareStat release improves financial calculations, data protection, multilingual support, invoicing, and everyday workflows.
The update includes:
- Corrected the Monthly Revenue calculation on the dashboard.
- Applied consistent currency formatting throughout the application.
- Fixed VAT calculations and added full support for a default 0% VAT rate.
- Added company logos to PDF invoices, using the image selected by the user.
- Improved SQLite backups with consistent, verified database snapshots.
- Strengthened stock adjustments when customer or supplier orders are edited or deleted.
- Prevented multiple invoices from being generated from the same order.
- Changed invoice numbering so that a number is assigned only when the invoice is saved.
- Added safe, automatic, versioned database migrations for existing installations.
- Improved deletion procedures for customers, suppliers, products, and documents to preserve business records.
- Corrected date filtering in sales reports and advanced statistics.
- Added support for Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, and Polish. Users can select a language during the first launch and change it later in Settings.
- Added translated tooltips to clarify buttons and available actions.
- Added calendar date pickers to customer orders, supplier orders, invoices, price lists, and reports.
- Refined the layout and currency formatting of PDF invoices.
This release gives existing users more reliable data handling and makes WareStat accessible in six additional languages.
