Data stored locally by the WareStat desktop application remains under the user’s control and remains on the user’s device until it is deleted by the user.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data created and stored through the WareStat desktop application remains locally on the user’s device. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, controlling access to their systems, and maintaining appropriate backups.
