How to Add a New Product

  1. Open Products panel (Ctrl+2)
  2. Click “New Product”
  3. Enter Product Code (SKU) and, if needed, an Alternative SKU
  4. Enter Name, Description, and assign a Category
  5. Set Price and Acquisition Cost
  6. Enter starting Quantity and Weight (kg)
  7. Select Unit of Measure
  8. Enter Warehouse Position
  9. Set VAT Rate
  10. Assign a preferred Supplier (optional)
  11. Set Minimum Quantity — a basic threshold that flags the product as low stock
  12. Leave Active checked (uncheck only to hide a discontinued product without deleting it)
  13. Click “Save”
